Red, White, & Blue Fruit Salad

This is as simple as it gets and a dazzling presentation.

Ingredients

Any red berry: strawberries and raspberries are perfect!

Diced dragon fruit

Blueberries

2 parts Spearmint-infused Keep It Simple Syrup

1 part fresh lemon or lime juice

Sprig of mint for garnish

Directions

1Mix everything in a bowl

Dragon fruit is seasonal, but when it's available, you should grab a few! Despite their intimidating appearance, they're easy to work with. Just slice one in half, lengthwise, and use a big spoon to scoop out the fruit. Then, simply cut it into chunks. They absorb just about any flavor, so the syrup and citrus fruit will be reinforced with each delightful bite. Serve it in the hollowed-out skin for a beautiful presentation. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
