KISS may be used as a table syrup for breakfast items like pancakes, waffles, etc. Use it straight from the bottle, or blend any variety with your favorite fruit. While a bit thinner, it's a nice alternative to traditional maple syrup.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Keep It Simple Syrup
1/4 cup of fresh, diced fresh fruit
Directions
1Simply combine fresh fruit and syrup in a blender or food processor, and blend until you achieve the desired viscosity. The more syrup you add, the thinner it will be.
2Suggested combinations are Lemon Zest KISS and blueberries or blackberries, Ginger KISS and mangos or peaches, Spearmint KISS and raspberries or strawberries, Cinnamon KISS and peeled apples or pears. Unflavored Sugar Cane KISS, of course, would pair well with any of these fruits and more.
3Drizzle the resulting syrup directly over pancakes, waffles, or crepes... or top with freshly whipped cream or ice cream first, and then top with the syrup. The possibilities are endless!
