2 oz. Spearmint Keep It Simple Syrup® (more or less to taste)
1Combine the cocoa and pinch of salt in a saucepan. Blend in the boiling water. Bring this mixture to a slow boil while stirring. Simmer and stir over low heat for about 2 minutes.
2Stir in 3-½ cups milk and heat until very hot (do not boil). Remove from heat and add KISS. Divide between 4 mugs. Add half & half to each mug to cool it to drinking temperature.
3Top each mug with 1 — 2 tablespoons of Mint-kissed Whipped Cream (optional; see recipe)
