Crafty use for over-ripe peaches...

Ingredients

4-5 slices of an over-ripe peach

Juice of one lemon

½ ounce Spearmint Keep It Simple Syrup®

1 ounce quality Honey Whiskey

Directions

1Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over peach slices in a tall glass and muddle. Add Spearmint KISS and Honey Whiskey, and stir gently. Pour into tall glass over ice. Garnish with fresh mint sprig. For added flair, add a splash of prosecco or champagne.
