Pure cane sugar

Traditional simple syrup is made with equal amounts of pure cane sugar + water, but sugar is expensive. Most commercial brands use less sugar than water – or none at all, but rather artificial sweeteners (e.g. aspartame, saccharin, sucralose, high-fructose corn syrup). Sugar is also a natural preservative. Without enough of it — or any at all — other brands rely on artificial preservatives (e.g. potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate), resulting in products that contain nothing more than water and chemicals.

Keep It Simple Syrup is made with the highest quality pure cane sugar: produced solely from sugarcane plants, non-GMO, and vegan friendly.

Flavor

We steep organic cinnamon sticks, ginger slices, lemon zest, and spearmint leaves. This process sets our syrups apart from unflavored simple syrup and brands containing artificial flavor. It also captures the delicate aroma and natural oils that give our syrups their distinctive characteristics. Say goodbye to the cumbersome and messy process of muddling fresh mint and other ingredients. Use them as a garnish instead.

Versatility

Unlike products that are cocktail-specific, e.g. Margarita mix & Daquiri mix, our syrups may be used in a wide variety of cocktails. They blend well with nearly any spirit and non-alcoholic beverage (both hot & cold). Try it in desserts too: drizzle it on warm cake, fresh fruit, or ice cream.
