Raspberry Mint Coulis

Use this versatile sauce instead of maple syrup over pancakes/waffles, or as a topping for ice cream. It's also delicious with savory dishes; e.g. drizzle it over pan-seared, peppered salmon.


1 cup fresh raspberries

¼ cup Spearmint Keep It Simple Syrup®


1Pour raspberries into a food processor and begin to pureé. Slowly drizzle in KISS and continue processing until fully blended.
