This Cuban classic is as easy as 1-2-3! No need to muddle fresh mint - use your fresh mint leaves as a garnish instead.
1 part freshly-squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 parts Spearmint Keep It Simple Syrup®
3 parts white rum
Club soda
1Mix all ingredients except club soda in a shaker with ice.
2Strain and pour into 2 tall glasses over ice.
3Top off with club soda. Garnish with spearmint leaves or slices of lime.
